Ketiga personel tersebut yakni Briptu Hendra Parasian Sugiarto Sianturi (Bhabinkamtibmas Mengajar dan Membentuk anak – anak Kristen di Daik Lingga menjadi anak yang berkarakter Kristus), Bripda Muhammad Ronaldo (Menunjukan Dedikasi dan Loyalitas yang tinggi dalam pelaksanaan tugas), Bripda Gezond Widodo Harianja (Telah Menyelesaikan Berkas Perkara Tindak Pidana Narkoba sebanyak 5 Kasus dan seluruhnya P21)
Dalam setiap pekerjaan sudah semestinya ada reward dan punishment terhadap setiap yang dilakukan personel. Reward sebagai bentuk apresiasi ketika personil melakukan tugas dengan baik dan berprestasi, punishment sebagai bentuk hukuman ketika melakukan pelanggaran.
Kapolres Lingga AKBP Boy Herlambang penghargaan yang diberikan merupakan program rutin yang akan terus dilaksanakan. Anggota berprestasi dan memiliki kinerja, dedikasi serta loyalitas terhadap pekerjaan akan mendapatkan penghargaan.
