JAKARTA (!) – Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Musrenbangnas) 2017 yang digelar di Hotel Bidakara Jakarta pada 26 April-9 Mei memfokuskan empat penguatan Rancangan Kerja Pemerintah (RKP) Tahun 2018.
Keempat fokus penguatan RKP 2018, yakni pertama, penguatan perencanaan dan penganggaran dengan menajamkan prioritas nasional dan prioritas tahun 2018 dan penguatan koordinasi pusat dengan daerah.
Kedua, membangun penguatan pengendalian anggaran. Ketiga, penguatan di tingkat kewilayahan dengan program prioritas dan rencana lokasi. Keempat, penguatan integrasi sumber pendanaan dari APBN, APBD, maupun BUMN, BUMD, swasta, serta investasi.
“Dalam Musrenbangnas, setiap prioritas nasional, program prioritas dan proyek prioritas beserta lokasinya akan dibahas bersama antara kementerian/lembaga dengan pemerintah provinsi,” ujar Menteri PPN/Kepala Bappenas Bambang Brodjonegoro dalam Musrenbangnas 2017 yang dibuka oleh Presiden Joko Widodo, Rabu, (26/4).
Musrenbangnas 2017 juga menitikberatkan masalah pembangunan di wilayah Papua. Perencanaan terkait dengan pembangunan infrastruktur, pendidikan, sosial, hukum, dan penanggulangan kemiskinan.
Rancangan RKP 2018 memiliki gol pertembuhan ekonomi mencapai 5,6 persen. Pemerintah kembali mengandalkan enam sektor penyumbang terbesar, yakni industri non-migas, pertanian, perdagangan, informasi komunikasi, konstruksi dan jasa keuangan.
Adapun RKP 2018 akan difokuskan penciptaan lapangan kerja dalam industri pertanian dan pariwisata. (ab)
