JAKARTA (!) – Kenaikan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Senin (15/5) masih berlanjut, dibuka menguat sebesar 14,58 poin di tengah sentimen positif yang beredar dari dalam negeri.
Sementara bursa regional, di antaranya indeks bursa Nikkei turun 41,75 poin (0,21 persen) ke 19.842,15, indeks Hang Seng menguat 122,55 poin (0,49 persen) ke 25.278,89, dan Straits Times menguat 17,02 poin (0,52 persen) posisi 3.272,57
Pada pembukaan pagi ini IHSG BEI dibuka naik 14,58 poin atau 0,26 persen menjadi 5.689,80 poin. Sementara itu kelompok 45 saham unggulan atau indeks LQ45 bergerak menguat 3,66 poin (0,39 persen) menjadi 950,39 poin.
“Akumulasi sentimen positif dari dalam negeri masih memberikan dukungan bagi IHSG untuk bergerak ke area positif ,” kata Vice President Research and Analysis Valbury Asia Securities Nico Omer Jonckheere di Jakarta, Senin (15/5).
Nico Omer mengemukakan berdasarkan survei yang di lakukan Bank Indonesia hingga pekan kedua Mei 2017 tercatat mengalami inflasi sebesar 0,27 persen. Laju inflasi relatif masih terkendalinya seiring dengan adanya koordinasi pemerintah yang berjalan efektif.
Di sisi lain, lanjut dia, kepercayaan investor asing untuk menanamkan investasinya di Indonesia juga masih cukup tinggi. Modal asing yang masuk ke pasar finansial dalam negeri mencapai Rp106 triliun selama Januari-awal Mei 2017,meningkat dibandingkan periode yang sama 2016 yang sebesar Rp75 triliun.
“Meningkatnya jumlah modal asing yang masuk menggambarkan kepercayaan investor asing terhadap perbaikan kondisi ekonomi domestik. Selama ini, stabilitas pertumbuhan ekonomi telah memberikan optimisme bagi pelaku pasar atas investasi di Indonesia,” kata Nico.
Kendati demikian, ia mengatakan dinamika ekonomi global tetap perlu diwaspadai yakni rencana kenaikan suku bunga The Fed pada Juni mendatang serta kebijakan ekonomi dari Presiden AS Donald Trump.(antara/arh)
