JAKARTA (!) – Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Argo Yuwono sudah menyiapkan surat penangkapan Rizieq Shihab dan masih mencari keberadaan pemimpin Front Pembela Islam (FPI) itu.
Penyidik Polda sudah diberikan surat penangkapan namun Informasi terakhir yang diterima polisi, Rizieq masih berada di Malaysia.
Namun Argo menyebutkan tidak menutup kemungkinan Rizieq sudah meninggalkan Malaysia. “Kita tunggu dari penyidik, kalau tidak ditemukan akan evaluasi,” ujar Argo di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Senin (15/5).
Saat ini penyidik sudah mengantongi surat pemberitahuan untuk membawa Rizieq. Dikabarkan tim pencari dari penyidik Polda sudah bekerja.
“Penyidik sudah memberikan surat, artinya membawa nanti anggota penyidik yang menangani kasus ini akan mencari. Hari ini diberikan,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Argo menerangkan surat ini bukan untuk pemanggilan Rizieq, melainkan surat perintah kepada penyidik untuk membawa yang bersangkutan.
“Surat pemberitahuan ini untuk penyidik. Jadi surat perintah membawa, tidak ada surat penjemputan. Itu kan kelengkapan penyidik untuk bawa orang, tentunya pakai surat,” jelasnya. (ahda)
