LAMPUNG (!) – Kepolisian Daerah Lampung mengungkap dugaan penimbunan elpiji bersubsidi tabung ukuran 3 kg sebanyak 757 tabung di gudang PT Harapan Panca Sukma (HPS) di Jalan Yos Sudarso, Kelurahan Way Lunik, Kota Bandarlampung.
Wakil Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus Kepolisian Daerah Lampung AKBP Muhamad Anwar di Bandarlampung, Sabtu (20/5) mengatakan Polda Lampung masih melakukan penyelidikan dan pengecekan untuk mengungkap dugaan penimbunan gas bersubsidi itu.
Saat ini masih melakukan pendataan pemilik dan karyawan perusahaan itu untuk dimintai keterangan lebih lanjut. “Terkait pelanggaran hukum perusahaan itu, masih dalam proses penyelidikan, masih belum ada tersangka dan akan kami dalami lebih lanjut,” kata dia lagi.
Dia mengungkapkan elpiji 3 kg yang berada di gudang perusahaan itu merupakan milik rayon Lampung Tengah dan Metro berdasarkan warna tutup gas.
Seharusnya sejak tujuh hari lalu, 757 tabung elpiji ukuran 3 kg sudah diantarkan ke wilayah masing-masing, namun oleh agen PT HPS belum dikirimkan.
Sementara itu, Rudi Hutapea, selaku pemilik perusahaan masih dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Tindakan yang telah dilakukan perusahaan itu dinilai bertentangan dengan UU RI No. 7 Tahun 1955 tentang pengusutan tindak pidana ekonomi sesuai pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf d dengan ancaman hukuaman enam bulan kurungan.
