JAKARTA (!) – Pemerintah Indonesia menerbitkan Surat Utang Negara (SUN) dalam valuta asing berdenominasi Yen Jepang Samurai Bonds sebesar ¥100 miliar atau sekitar Rp12 triliun dengan tiga seri yaitu RIJPY0620, RIJPY0622 dan RIJPY0624.
Penerbitan pada 2017 untuk pertama kalinya pemerintah menerbitkan Samurai Bonds dengan tenor tujuh tahun. Penerbitan ini memperoleh respon positif dari investor Jepang yang ditandai dengan adanya sejumlah investor baru seperti asset manager dan dana pensiun.
Keterangan pers yang diterima dari Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko Kementerian Keuangan itu menyebutkan besarnya minat investor juga ditunjukkan oleh jumlah permintaan yang naik hampir 100 persen dari penerbitan Samurai Bonds sebelumnya.
Samurai Bonds seri RIJPY0620 mempunyai nominal ¥40 miliar serta tingkat kupon 0,65 persen dengan tenor selama tiga tahun dan tanggal jatuh tempo pada 8 Juni 2020.
Distribusi seri itu berdasarkan jenis investor adalah city banks 25 persen, trust banks 11,3 persen, specialized banks dua persen, asuransi jiwa 15,8 persen, asset manager/fund manager 9,3 persen, bank daerah empat persen, shinkins/community banks 6,8 persen dan lainnya 26 persen.
Samurai Bonds seri RIJPY0622 mempunyai nominal ¥50 miliar Yen serta tingkat kupon 0,89 persen dengan tenor selama lima tahun dan tanggal jatuh tempo pada 8 Juni 2022.
Distribusi seri itu berdasarkan jenis investor adalah trust banks 18 persen, asuransi jiwa 24,6 persen, asset msnager/fund manager 23,4 persen, bank daerah 8,8 persen, shinkins/community banks 1,8 persen dan lainnya 23,4 persen.
Samurai Bond seri RIJPY0624 mempunyai nominal ¥10 miliar Yen serta tingkat kupon 1,04 persen dengan tenor selama tujuh tahun dan tanggal jatuh tempo pada 8 Juni 2024.
Distribusi seri itu berdasarkan jenis investor adalah asuransi jiwa 20 persen, asset manager/fund manager delapan persen, bank daerah lima persen, shinkins/community banks 15 persen dan lainnya 52 persen.
Ketiga seri Samurai Bonds ini mendapatkan peringkat Baa3 dari Moody`s, BBB- dari Fitch dan BBB- dari R&I. Joint lead arrangers dalam transaksi ini adalah Mizuho Securities Co Ltd, Nomura Securities Co Ltd dan SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.
Sejak ditetapkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2002 tentang Surat Utang Negara, pemerintah untuk pertama kalinya menerbitkan Samurai Bonds dengan format Public Offering dari sebelumnya format Private Placement. (antara/arh)
