Dengan demikian, Markovskaya perempuan kedua yang ditunjuk menjadi juru bicara menteri utama di Rusia dalam setahun terakhir.
Sebelumnya, Menteri Luar Negeri Rusia Sergei Lavrov menunjuk Maria Zakharova sebagai corong informasi.
