JAKARTA (!) – Belakangan ini pengguna aplikasi chatting Line mengeluhkan stiker mereka yang tiba-tiba menghilang atau kadaluarsa.
Setelah mengusutnya, Line menjelaskan hal itu terjadi karena transaksi ilegal dengan pihak ketiga yang tidak bertanggungjawab.

Ya, untuk menghindari stiker terhapus, Line menyarankan untuk langsung membeli stiker dari Sticker Shop resmi (di aplikasi Line) atau situs resmi (store.line.me).
Pembelian stiker melalui aplikasi Line akan terunduh secara otomatis dan dapat langsung digunakan. Adapun untuk membelinya, terdapat dua cara yang bisa digunakan.
Pertama, membeli dengan menggunakan koin, pengguna tinggal memilih stiker favorit di Line Sticker Shop pada aplikasi Line.
Jika koin yang dimiliki pengguna tidak cukup, maka pengguna dapat membeli koin di halaman Purchase Coins.
Adapun pembelian koin Line dapat dibeli dengan pembayaran menggunakan akun Google Play atau iTunes dengan kartu kredit, debit, atau gift code.
Dengan membeli koin Line terlebih dahulu, pengguna tidak perlu melakukan langkah pembayaran setiap kali membeli konten berbayar di Line.
Kedua, pembelian dengan menggunakan pulsa, apabila pengguna tidak dapat membeli koin, pengguna dapat membeli stiker di store.line.me dengan pulsa telepon (untuk semua provider).
Setelah itu, pengguna akan menerima pesan pada aplikasi, jika pesan di klik, pengguna akan diarahkan ke Purchase History di halaman stiker.
Setelah stiker tersebut diunduh, stiker dapat langsung digunakan dan dijamin tidak akan terhapus jika pengguna membeli dari Sticker Shop atau situs resmi.
