JAKARTA (Tandaseru) – Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan mendorong pemerintah pusat untuk meninjau libur panjang pada akhir Desember mendatang.
Alasannya, Anies menilai terjadi kenaikan kasus covid-19 yang signifikan dari klaster keluarga.
“Setelah kita lakukan pelacakan dan penelusuran, mayoritas keluarga ini bepergian ke Bandung, Semarang, Lampung dan beberapa tempat di Jawa Timur,” kata Anies, Selasa (1/12).
Menurutnya, jika berkaca pada libur panjang 28 Oktober hingga 1 November lalu, terjadi peningkatan kasus positif virus corona (Covid-19) di Ibu Kota dua minggu pascalibur panjang itu. Kenaikan kasus itu terutama pada klaster keluarga.
Anies menjelaskan peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi positif di DKI Jakarta pada periode 25-30 November 2020 sebanyak 8.598 kasus dari 5.168 kasus pada periode 28 Oktober-3 November 2020.
