JAMBI (tandaseru.id) -Pemblokiran jalan di kawasan Pelabuhan Talang Duku oleh warga, langsung disikapi Kapolda Jambi, Irjen Pol. A Rachmad Wibowo.
Kapolda juga telah berkomunikasi dengan Dirjen Minerba Kementerian ESDM dan Dirjen Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan.
Hal ini dilakukannya, agar bisa pihak-pihak terkait dapat menyampaikan kepada perusahaan batu bara dan perusahaan minyak goreng, untuk segera menunaikan janjinya kepada masyarakat Talang Duku, Taman Rajo, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
Rachmad mengatakan, bahwa warga Kecamatan Taman Rajo sejak tahun 2021 protes kepada perusahaan-perusahaan. “Ini karena, angkutan komoditasnya menyebabkan jalan rusak, kemacetan dan polusi debu,” tegas Rachmad.
Lalu diadakan pertemuan antara masyarakat dengan perusahaan pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2022.
Saat itu, sebanyak 21 perusahaan telah menyatakan sanggup untuk memperbaiki jalan sepanjang 1 km senilai 8 miliar rupiah dengan cor beton.
Warga juga menuntut Pemkab Muaro Jambi untuk memperbaiki jalan sepanjang 1 kilometer.
Sayangnya, perusahaan hanya omong saja. Sampai dengan batas waktu kesepakatan tanggal 29 Agustus 2022 hingga sampai malam tadi, baru terealisasi 5 perusahaan yang mengumpulkan dana sebanyak Rp1,065 milir dari 21 perusahaan.
Masyarakat bersedia menggeser tenda dari posisi semula di depan pintu masuk pelabuhan PT Pelindo, walau masyarakat tidak mengganggu keluar masuk kendaraan pelabuhan.
“Jajaran Polda Jambi telah melakukan rekayasa lalu lintas untuk mengurangi kemacetan panjang akibat pemblokiran jalan, dan menghubungi perusahaan tambang batu bara dan CPO untuk tidak melakukan produksi sampai ada perkembangan lebih lanjut negosiasi dengan masyarakat kecamatan Taman Rajo untuk menghindari kemacetan,” kata Kapolda.
Rachmad juga menyampaikan kepada perwakilan 21 perusahaan, untuk menyampaikan kepada pemilik perusahaan yang melewati kecamatan Taman Rajo agar memenuhi sebagaimana perjanjian yang telah disepakati.
Kapolda Jambi telah menghubungi Dirjen Minerba Kementrian ESDM untuk dapat menghubungi perusahaan batu bara guna memenuhi janji kepada masyarakat.
Kapolda Jambi pun telah menghubungi Gubernur Jambi agar dapat meminta perusahaan minyak kelapa sawit untuk memenuhi kewajiban kepada masyarakat.
