Perkuat Ekonomi Kreatif, BSKDN Kemendagri Dorong Pemprov NTB Tingkatkan Inovasi Berbasis Riset
LOMBOK BARAT (tandaseru.id) – Badan Strategi Kebijakan Dalam Negeri (BSKDN) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) mendorong perangkat daerah di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) untuk meningkatkan inovasi berbasis riset di daerahnya. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat ekonomi kreatif di wilayah tersebut.
Pesan itu ditekankan Kepala BSKDN Yusharto Huntoyungo dalam Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Riset dan Inovasi Pengembangan Industri, Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (BRIDA) Provinsi NTB. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Aula BRIDA Provinsi NTB, Senin (13/3/2023).
Dalam arahannya, Yusharto mengatakan, resesi di tingkat global saat ini sedikit banyak mempengaruhi daya beli masyarakat hingga berkurangnya pasar kerja. Kondisi demikian dinilai berpengaruh terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di daerah. Oleh karena itu, Yusharto mendorong pemerintah daerah (Pemda) untuk terus mengembangkan riset dan inovasi di bidang industri kreatif sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.
“Banyak sekali bisnis yang gulung tikar, lalu operasi bisnis yang terhambat. Lalu berikutnya yang kita rasakan berkurangnya pasar kerja atau pengurangan karyawan. Di balik itu semua pemerintah tetap harus berinovasi,” terangnya.
Sementara itu, berdasarkan data pelaporan Indeks Inovasi Daerah (IID) 2022, nilai Provinsi NTB mengalami penurunan dari berbagai aspek meliputi penurunan skor, ranking, pelaporan jumlah inovasi, hingga banyaknya inovasi yang belum sesuai ketentuan.
“Ini perlu menjadi bahan evaluasi bersama agar ke depannya setiap perangkat daerah di wilayah Provinsi NTB dapat lebih serius mengembangkan inovasi yang dimilikinya dengan didasarkan pada riset yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,” jelasnya.
Yusharto juga mengungkapkan, berdasarkan rekapitulasi skor IID Provinsi NTB tahun 2022, Kabupaten Lombok Timur diketahui berada di posisi ketiga setelah Lombok Tengah dan Sumbawa Barat. Menurutnya, kesenjangan tersebut dapat disikapi dengan memperbaiki penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD).
“Contohnya kesenjangan Lombok dan Sumba yang masih perlu coba kita perbaiki diskrepansi pencapaian hasil pembangunannya, misalnya dengan memperbaiki penyusunan RKPD dengan melibatkan teknokrat,” tuturnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Yusharto mengimbau kepada Provinsi NTB agar dalam mengembangkan inovasi berbasis riset selalu memperhatikan komposisi data yang digunakan. Dia berharap inovasi yang akan dilaporkan kepada pemerintah pusat melalui BSKDN sudah melalui serangkaian uji coba. Dengan begitu, inovasi tersebut dapat memiliki nilai kematangan yang cukup.
“Agar dalam upaya peningkatannya (inovasi) semua pihak memperhatikan tingkat kematangannya. Dengan begitu tidak ada lagi inovasi yang ditolak (tidak memenuhi syarat) di tahun-tahun berikutnya,” pungkasnya.
