LUMAJANG (tandaseru.id) – Polsek Pasirian Polres Lumajang menggelar operasi Pekat Semeru di wilayah hukumnya guna menghentikan peredaran miras menjelang bulan suci ramadhan 1444 H, Seni (23/3), sekitar pukul 23.50 WIB.
Penggerebekan penjual miras di Dusun Kalibendo utara, Desa Kalibendo, Kecamatan Pasirian dipimpin langsung Kapolsek Pasirian AKP Agus Sugiharto bersama lima anggotanya.
Dalam kegiatan penggerebekan dan penggeledahan dari rumah SH (58), petugas menemukan menemukan puluhan botol minuman keras yang di simpan di dalam rumahnya.
“Barang bukti ditemukan 24 botol miras golongan B jenis anggur merah dengan rincian 13 botol miras jenis anggur merah cap Orang Tua, dan 11 botol miras jenis anggur merah gold.,” ujar Kapolsek Pasirian AKP Agus Sugiharto, Sabtu (25/3).
AKP Agus menyampaikan, pengungkapan puluhan botol miras berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat adanya yang telah menjual miras jenis anggur merah tanpa dilengkapi ijin dari pihak berwenang.
“Polsek Pasirian melakukan pengecekan tentang informasi tersebut serta berhasil mengamankan Barang Bukti berupa 24 botol miras,” jelasnya.
Selanjutnya pelaku beserta seluruh barang bukti miras diamankan dan dibawa ke Mapolsek Pasirian.
“Saat ini pelaku bersama barang bukti diserahkan ke Satreksim dan Sat Sabhara Polres Lumajang guna proses pemeriksaan dan penyidikan lebih lanjut,” ujarnya.
