Layanan Polisi 110 Hadirkan Respon Cepat Polresta Malang Kota Wujudkan Kondusifitas Kamtibmas

Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto menyebut layanan Polisi 110 memegang peranan cukup penting dalam mengakomodir berbagai keluhan, pengaduan dan laporan dari masyarakat yang membutuhkan kehadiran Polisi dalam waktu cepat.
Hal ini kata Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto terbukti berbagai kejadian seperti kebakaran balap liar, kemacetan lalu lintas, adanya tumpahan oli dan sebagainya berhasil di tangani dengan segera oleh Polresta Malang Kota yang berkolaborasi dengan instansi terkait lainnya.
“Tentunya kesadaran masyarakat dalam bertindak secara hati-hati dan waspada juga dibutuhkan guna menghindari kemungkinan tindak pidana yang terjadi,”ungkap Kombes BuHer (sapaan akrab Kapolresta Malang Kota) di Malang, Minggu (11/6).
Ia menjelaskan layanan Polisi 110 bekerja selama 24 jam yang diintegrasikan dengan aplikasi Jogo Malang Presisi yang dikendalikan dari Command Center Polresta Malang Kota.
“Layanan Polisi 110, merupakan sebuah sistem aplikasi, yang dapat memungkinkan pencatatan atau perekaman setiap interaksi Polri dan masyarakat,”terang Kombes BuHer.
Layanan Polisi 110 terdapat dalam fitur aplikasi Jogo Malang Presisi sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan aneka layanan yang terintegritas seperti rumah sakit, BPBD, Pemkot, dan lain lain.
Polresta Malang Kota senantiasa berkomitmen untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat dalam menanggapi laporan maupun pengaduan dengan kecepatan mendatangi TKP dalam kurun waktu 5 menit.
“Layanan Polisi 110 ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman, serta pelayanan secara mudah, responsif dan tidak diskriminatif,”tambah Kombes BuHer.
Ia menghimbau kepada masyarakat, agar mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan layanan Polisi 110 yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Jogo Malang Presisi.
“Karena petugas kami siap hadir secara cepat dalam memberikan bantuan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Kota Malang,” pungkasnya.
