Hal tersebut di tandai dengan adanya inovasi baru yang dilakukan Polresta Malang Kota berupa layanan delivery yang dikhususkan untuk kelompok rentan.
Kategori kelompok rentan yang dimaksudkan ialah anak-anak, ibu hamil dan juga menyusui, serta disabilitas.
Kapolresta Malang Kota Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto menyampaikan bahwa akan terdapat dua unit kendaraan yang dipersiapkan untuk layanan delivery tersebut.
“ 2 Unit Sepeda Motor untuk Kendaraan delivery sudah disiapkan bagi layanan SKCK, SIM atau surat tilang khususnya bagi kelompok rentan” terang Kapolresta Malang Kota Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto.
Bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan diantar kerumah atau delivery hanya perlu melapor kepada petugas dan bersifat gratis atau tidak dipungut biaya. Layanan ini tersedia setiap hari selama jam kerja.
“Pada saat pembuatan SKCK, laporan kehilangan dan juga perpanjangan SIM kan tidak bisa langsung selesai”
“Jadi nantinya pemohon dari kelompok rentan tidak perlu menunggu lagi, dengan layanan ini petugas akan mengantarkan nya ke rumah pemohon, namun diperlukan adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu terkait pengantaran kepada petugas” imbuh Kapolresta Malang Kota.
Hal yang paling penting ialah masyarakat hanya perlu memberikan alamatnya secara jelas, sehingga hal tersebut dapat memudahkan petugas dalam proses pengantaran nya
Tidak hanya itu, Polresta Malang Kota juga akan memberikan layanan jemput bola melalui Polisi RW atau Bhabinkamtibmas sebagai bentuk hadirnya kepolisian di tengah masyarakat.
Diharapkannya dengan adanya layanan antar gratis ini, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Polresta Kota Malang sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengurus surat – surat seperti SKCK, SIM ataupun surat tilang.
