KOTA MALANG (tandaseru.id) – Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Malang Kota berhasil mengungkap kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika yang melibatkan seorang tersangka berinisial ADV (23),di Kelurahan Bumiayu, Kecamatan Kedungkandang, Kota Malang. Tepatnya pada sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB, Senin (26/6).
Berbekal informasi dari masyarakat, petugas melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil menangkap ADV (23). Dalam penggeledahan di rumah kost yang ditinggali oleh tersangka, petugas menemukan sejumlah barang bukti narkotika yang cukup besar.
“Hari ini kami menggelar Konferensi Pers terkait pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana narkotika yang melibatkan seorang tersangka inisial ADV yang berperan sebagai kurir”, hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Kasat Resnarkoba Kompol Eka Wira Dharma Sibarani.
Dirinya menambahkan bahwa peran dari ADV ini adalah sebagai kurir, yang akan mengirimkan narkoba kepada pengedar untuk diedarkan kepada para pemakai di Kota Malang sedangkan untuk bandar narkoba sendiri saat ini masih dalam pengejaran, dikarenakan tersangka mengenalnya dari media sosial sehingga tidak pernah bertemu secara langsung
Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan oleh polisi antara lain 25 bungkus plastik klip berisi narkotika golongan I jenis sabu seberat 0,477,59 Kg, 2 bungkus plastik besar berisi narkotika golongan I jenis ganja , 3 bungkus plastik kecil berisi narkotika golongan I jenis ganja, 3 bungkus plastik kecil berisi narkotika golongan I jenis ganja keseluruhan nya seberat seberat 0,922 kg, dan 5 plastik klip berisi narkotika golongan I jenis inex sebanyak 17 butir.
Dalam pemeriksaan, ADV mengakui bahwa narkotika yang ia bawa diperoleh dari daerah Kabupaten Malang, atas perintah seseorang yang masih berstatus DPO dan akan didistribusikan di wilayah Kota Malang.
ADV akan dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) dan/atau Pasal 112 ayat (2) dan Pasal 111 ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Ancaman hukumannya adalah pidana penjara minimal 6 tahun dan maksimal pidana mati dan denda minimal Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) dan maksimal Rp. 10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar rupiah).
