LUMAJANG (tandaseru.id) – Kapolres Lumajang AKBP Boy Jeckson Situmorang mendampingi Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansah meninjau lokasi terdampak banjir lahar dingin Gunung Semeru di Jembatan Gantung Kaliregoyo, Desa Sumberwuluh, Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lumajang, Minggu (9/7).
Turut mendampingi kunjungan Gubernur diantaranya, Bupati Lumajang Thoriqul Haq, Sekdaprov Jatim Adhy Karyono, dan beberapa kepala OPD lainnya.
Kapolres Lumajang AKBP Boy Jeckson Situmorang mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Gubernur Jawa Timur sudah meninjau langsung lokasi terdampak banjir lahar dingin semeru.
“Kami juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Gubernur sudah memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak,” terang Kapolres
Kunjungan pertama Gubernur Jawa Timur dilakukan di tempat pengungsian koban banjir lahar dingin di Balai Desa Jarit menyerahkan bantuan paket sembako. Selanjutnya Kunjungan Gubernur melakukan dialog dengan para masyarakat korban yang terdampak banjir.
Setelah dari balai Desa Jarit, Gubernur Khofifah bertolak ke Jembatan gantung Kali regoyo dan Jembatan kloposawit.
Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansah mengatakan, dua jembatan Kaliregoyo dan Jembatan Kloposawit yang rusak akibat diterjang banjir lahar dingin Gunung Semeru oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur.
“Untuk Jembatan Gantung Kaliregoyo dan jembatan Kloposawit juga di cover oleh Pemprov, selebihnya dilakukan dari BNPB akan dikerjakan Pemkab, ada beberapa titik jembatan-jembatan kecil yang akan dikerjakan Pemkab,” kata Khofifah.
Menurut Khofifah untuk proses pembangunan jembatan akan segera dilakukan tanpa menunggu masa tanggap darurat bencana selesai.
“Jembatan yang rusak masih tersimpan dalam data yang dimiliki oleh Tim, PUPR, Jadi tidak menunggu selesainya masa tanggap darurat selesai karena pada dasarnya, proses desain jembatan masih ada record-nya di tim PUPR,” katanya.
Khofifah menyampaikan, saat ini pihaknya tengah fokus untuk membenahi akses mobilitas penduduk agar kegiatan ekonominya segera pulih.
