Juara 2 Nasional Lomba Layanan Polisi 110 Kapolresta Malang Kota Terima Penghargaan dari Kapolri
KOTA MALANG (tandaseru.id) – Polresta Malang Kota baru saja mendapatkan Kado spesial dalam peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-77, pasalnya Kepolisian Kota Malang ini di nobatkan sebagai juara 2 nasional dalam ajang Lomba Layanan Call Center 110.
Institusi yang dipimpin oleh Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto berhasil bersaing dengan Kepolisian di seluruh Indonesia untuk dapat meraih peringkat kedua nasional
Pemberian penghargaan tersebut diterima oleh Kapolresta Malang Kota Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto dalam acara malam Apresiasi Kreasi, yang merupakan puncak peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-77 di Jakarta pada hari Rabu (12/7). Acara ini dihadiri oleh Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo, pejabat utama Mabes Polri dan tamu undangan
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh anggota serta masyarakat Kota Malang atas doa, dukungan, dan perhatiannya. Semoga Polresta Malang Kota selalu memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Malang. Saya merasa terhormat berada di tengah-tengah tim yang hebat ini,” ujar Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, mengomentari prestasi yang diraih oleh Polresta Malang Kota.
Kombes Buher juga menambahkan bahwa , Layanan Polisi 110 akan terus di tingkatkan dalam upaya Polri untuk memberikan akses layanan yang cepat kepada masyarakat. Masyarakat tidak perlu datang ke kantor polisi, mereka dapat melaporkan masalah melalui telepon dengan memanggil nomor layanan 110. Layanan melalui telepon ini hadir untuk memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan keamanan publik.
Dalam Lomba Layanan Call Center 110 yang diselenggarakan oleh Mabes Polri, penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan indikator-operasional, indikator pendukung, nilai anev Layanan Polisi 110, dan nilai anev posko presisi. Polresta Malang Kota meraih nilai 87,33 dalam penilaian keempat indikator tersebut.
“Alhamdulillah, ini juga merupakan hasil dari kerja keras seluruh personel yang terlibat dalam pelayanan Polisi 110,” kata Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, yang akrab disapa dengan Kombes Buher.
Dia juga menyebutkan bahwa Layanan Polisi 110 Polresta Malang Kota telah terintegrasi dengan Aplikasi Jogo Malang Presisi. Aplikasi ini menyediakan berbagai layanan kepolisian dan layanan masyarakat lainnya, termasuk fitur Panic Button On Hand yang sangat berguna.
“Layanan Polisi 110 Polresta Malang Kota telah terintegrasi dengan Aplikasi Jogo Malang Presisi, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan layanan yang mereka butuhkan,” ungkapnya.
Kombes Buher juga menyampaikan pesan penutupnya bahwa prestasi tersebut bukan hanya sekedar kemenangan dalam sebuah kompetisi. Kemenangan tersebut dapat dijadikan motivasi bagi Polresta Malang Kota untuk terus mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat agar lebih optimal.
Lomba Layanan Polisi 110 yang diselenggarakan oleh Mabes Polri berlangsung dari tanggal 12 hingga 20 Juni 2023. Polresta Malang Kota Polda Jawa Timur berhasil menduduki peringkat kedua, di bawah Polres Karawang Polda Jawa Barat yang menjadi juara pertama. Sementara itu, peringkat ketiga ditempati oleh Polresta Bandar Lampung Polda Lampung.
