KOTA MALANG (tandaseru.id) – Operasi Tumpas Narkoba Semeru 2023 Polresta Malang Kota yang berlangsung selama 2 pekan telah selesai digelar.
Dalam waktu 2 pekan sejak 14 hingga 25 Agustus 2023 tersebut Sat Res Narkoba Polresta Malang Kota berhasil meringkus seluruh Target Operasi yang di telah di tetapkan.
Pengungkapan Hasil Operasi Tumpas Narkoba Semeru 2023 disampaikan secara langsung oleh Kapolresta Malang Kota Kombes Pol. Budi Hermanto, dalam konferensi pers, pada Rabu pagi (6/9)lalu.
“Selama 2 pekan pelaksanaan Operasi Tumpas Narkoba Semeru 2023 ini, Satresnarkoba berhasil mengamankan 26 tersangka,” ujar Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto.
Dari para tersangka itu ada 3 orang yang memang merupakan TO ( Target Operasi ).
“Tersangka lain nya Non TO diantaranya 24 orang laki-laki dan 2 orang perempuan” jelas Kombes Pol. Budi Hermanto.
Tersangka yang berhasil diamankan tersebut berperan sebagai kurir, pengedar dan penyalahguna.
“Keberhasilan Satresnarkoba dalam mengungkap kasus selama operasi ini merupakan suatu komitmen dan konsistensi Polresta Malang Kota dalam mewujudkan Kota Malang Bersinar atau bersih dari narkoba,”ujar Kombes Budi Hermanto.
Sementara itu Kasatresnarkoba Polresta Malang Kota Kompol Eka Wira menjelaskan dari seluruh tersangka yang diamankan tersebut Satresnarkoba Polresta Malang Kota mendapatkan barang bukti sebanyak 109,67 gram sabu-sabu dan 523,7 gram ganja.
“Dari seluruh tersangka yang kami amankan tersebut 4 orang diantaranya sebagai pengedar ataupun pengecer, 7 orang diantaranya sebagai kurir dan sebanyak 15 orang sebagai pengguna yang dua diantaranya merupakan ibu rumah tangga” papar Kompol Eka Wira.
Kepada tersangka hasil Operasi Tunpas Narkoba Semeru 2023 tersebut terjerat pasal 114, 112, 111 UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun hingga 20 tahun penjara.
