GORONTALO (tandaseru) – Kapolda Gorontalo Irjen Pol M. Adnas, bersama Komandan Korem (Danrem) 133 Nani Wartabone, Kolonel Czi. Bagus Antonov Hardito meninjau tempat perniagaan menjelang penerapan New Normal di provinsi tersebut.
Dalam peninjauan tersebut Kapolda didampingi para Pejabat Utama Polda Gorontalo dan Sekda Provinsi Gorontalo melakukan peninjauan lokasi yang sering dilakukannya tempat berkumpul masyarakat, Rabu (27/5).
Peninjauan yang dilakukan Kapolda Gorontalo antara lain di Lokasi TPI (Tempat Pelelangan Ikan), City Mall Gorontalo, Sentral Kota Gorontalo, dan juga Pasar Liluwo Kota Gorontalo.
Kapolda Gorontalo Irjen Pol M. Adnas menjelaskan peninjauan tersebut dalam rangka kesiapan penerapan prosedur standar New Normal di sarana perniagaan.
Provinsi Gorontalo merupakan salah satu dari empat Provinsi yang akan diterapkan program New Normal atau normal baru dalam menghadapi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
“Gorontalo menjadi salah satu dari empat provinsi yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah pusat untuk penerapan new normal tahap pertama. Selain Gorontalo, tiga provinsi lainnya menerapkan New Normal yaitu DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, dan Sumatera Barat,” jelas Kapolda.
Kabid Humas Polda Gorontalo AKBP Wahyu Tri Cahyono, menjelaskan, New Normal adalah kebijakan membuka kembali aktivitas ekonomi, sosial dan kegiatan publik secara terbatas dengan menggunakan standar kesehatan yang sebelumnya tidak ada sebelum pandemi.
“New Normal adalah tahapan baru setelah kebijakan stay at home atau work from home atau pembatasan sosial diberlakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran massif wabah virus corona. New Normal utamanya agar warga yg memerlukan aktivitas luar rumah dapat bekerja dengan menggunakan standar kesehatan yang ditetapkan. Jadi bukan sekedar bebas bergerombol atau keluyuran,” jelas Wahyu
