JAKARTA (tandaseru.id) – Polisi menangkap tiga pelaku begal yang mengakibatkan karyawan Basarnas berinisial MN (22) tewas di kawasan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Ketiganya diketahui berinisial RP, MG, dan MR.
“Ada tiga pelaku yang kita amankan. Satu lagi masih DPO ini yang memang membacok korban hingga meninggal dunia,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta.
Yusri menyebut ketiga pelaku yang sudah berhasil ditangkap itu berperan mulai dari pihak yang mengancam korban hingga sebagai joki.
Kasus ini terjadi pada hari Senin (11/10) sekitar pukul 02.30 WIB. Saat itu korban bersama pacarnya tengah menunggu ojek online.
Korban lalu didatangi oleh empat orang pelaku. Para pelaku kemudian awalnya mengancam korban dan pacarnya.
“Salah seorang pelaku inisial T yang kini DPO keluarkan satu kalimat “kamu sudah pukul adek saya”. Korban nggak ngerti apa-apa dan pacar korban lalu melarikan diri,” terang Yusri.
Usai korban tinggal sendiri di lokasi, pelaku T kemudian mengeluarkan celurit dan merampas handphone korban. Tidak cukup di situ, korban pun turut dibacok hingga meninggal dunia oleh pelaku T.
“Pelaku keluarkan celurit dan merebut handphone korban hingga membacok korban sampai meninggal dunia,” ujar Yusri.
Polisi kemudian melakukan penyelidikan. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan saksi dan bukti pendukung, tiga orang pelaku kemudian berhasil ditangkap di daerah Jakarta Timur hingga Bogor.
Dari pemeriksaan awal, polisi pun turut memeriksa urine ketiga pelaku. Ketiganya pun diketahui positif narkotika.
“Tiga pekaku ini dites urine sementara ini positif karena hasil pencurian buat beli narkoba,” ungkap Yusri.
Peristiwa nahas itu diketahui terjadi dini hari tadi sekitar pukul 02.50 WIB di daerah Angkasa Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Pihak Basarnas sendiri sudah angkat bicara perihal kasus pembegalan maut yang menimpa karyawannya.
Pihak Basarnas mengutuk keras aksi pembegalan yang dilakukan pelaku. Kabasarnas Marsdya TNI Henri Alfiandi pun mendesak pihak kepolisian untuk segera mengungkap kasus tersebut dan menangkap para pelaku.
“Kami mengutuk keras atas perbuatan keji para pelaku, dan berharap aparat kepolisian dapat sesegera mungkin mengungkap dan menangkap para pelaku untuk mempertanggungjawabkan kebiadaban mereka sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” tegas Kabasarnas Marsdya TNI Henri Alfiandi melalui Koordinator Substansi Humas, Anjar Sulistiyono dalam keterangannya, Jumat (22/10).
