JAKARTA (tandaseru.id) – Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) Muhammad Hudori berpulang ke rahmatullah pada pukul 22.04 WIB, Minggu (24/10).
Pria kelahiran Pandeglang, 5 April 1968 itu meninggal dunia dalam usia 53 tahun, setelah berjuang melawan sakitnya.
Ungkapan dukacita pun mengalir dari berbagai pejabat dan staf di lingkungan Kemendagri. Sebagai pimpinan, ia dikenal sebagai pribadi yang baik dan hangat. Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) Kemendagri Benni Irwan di Jakarta, Senin (25/10).
“Innalillahi wa innailaihi raji’un, kami keluarga besar Kemendagri amat kehilangan dan turut berdukacita sedalam-dalamnya,” kata Benni.
Almarhum disemayamkan di rumah duka, Jl. Raya Tengah Gedong Asri A3 Condet, Jakarta Timur. Kemudian, almarhum disalatkan di Masjid An-Nur Kantor Pusat Kemendagri. Dari kantor Kemendagri, almarhum langsung dilepas untuk dimakamkan di tempat peristirahatan terakhir, di Al- Azhar Memorial Garden, Karawang.
Almarhum Muhammad Hudori tercatat pernah mengisi berbagai jabatan di lingkungan Kemendagri. Sebelum bertugas sebagai Sekjen Kemendagri, ia merupakan Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Bina Pembangunan Daerah (Bangda) Kemendagri.
Tak hanya itu, berkat kegigihan, etos kerja dan kepiawaiannya dalam memimpin organisasi mengantarkannya menjadi salah satu pimpinan di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS).
