Polresta Malang Kota Ungkap Sindikat Curanmor yang Beraksi di 19 TKP
KOTA MALANG (tandaseru.id) – Satuan Reserse Mobile (Satresmob) Polresta Malang Kota bersama dengan Reskrim Polsek jajaran berhasil meringkus 4 pelaku sindikat pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor) yang telah beraksi di 19 TKP di wilayah Kota Malang.
Penangkapan ini dilakukan pada hari Kamis (25/4) lalu, dengan diawali penangkapan 3 pelaku di penginapan RedDoors Jl Tanimbar, dan 1 orang lainnya di lantai 2 Pasar Besar Kota Malang dan masih dihari yang sama.
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Malang Kota, Kompol Danang Yudanto, menjelaskan bahwa aksi keempat tersangka disesuaikan hasil laporkan kehilangan motor ke Kepolisian ada 19 kejadian curanmor.
Berdasarkan target pelaku dan laporan korban, aksi kejahatan ini terjadi di 8 TKP di wilayah hukum Polsek Klojen, 2 TKP di Lowok Waru, 5 TKP di Blimbing, dan 4 TKP di Sukun.
“Selain menangkap para tersangka, kami juga berhasil mengamankan 5 unit kendaraan hasil kejahatan sebagai barang bukti dan Dua unit kendaraan di antaranya akan dikembalikan kepada pemiliknya” ujar Kompol Danang saat pres reales didepan wartawan, Kamis, (02/05).
Tersangka A (33) yang berasal dari Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, berperan sebagai pencari target mangsa. Sedangkan tiga pelaku lainnya, yaitu PA (35), TW (30), dan AR (30) berasal dari Tambaksari Surabaya, bertindak sebagai eksekutor dan mengawasi sekitar lokasi target saat beraksi.
“Modus operandi yang mereka terapkan adalah A menggambar lokasi target, biasanya di tempat keramaian, kost-kostan, dan bahkan diparkiran hotel,” ungkap Kompol Danang.
“Setelah A menemukan target yang dirasa aman, dia langsung menelepon ketiga pelaku di penginapan yang sudah menunggu informasi. Dari pengakuan tersangka, kendaraan hasil curian mereka jual ke wilayah Madura dengan harga Rp 2 juta hingga Rp 2,5 juta rupiah,” terangnya.
Keempat tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 363 ayat (1) KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara selama 7 tahun.
“Saat ini, Unit Resmob Polresta Malang Kota dan Unit Reskrim Polsek Jajaran masih melakukan pengembangan di daerah Bangkalan Madura untuk mencari keberadaan tersangka penadah beserta unit sepeda motor hasil kejahatan dari keempat tersangka tersebut,” pungkas Kompol Danang.
