JAKARTA (tandaseru) – Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) melakukan sinergi dengan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah untuk menggerakkan ekonomi di daerah.
Hal itu dimatangkan dalam pertemuan antara Mendagri Muhammad Tito Karnavian dengan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, Teten Masduki untuk membicarakan tentang sinergi menggerakkan UKM daerah di tengah pandemi Covid-19, di Kantor Kementerian Koperasi & UKM, Jakarta, Rabu (12/08).
Dalam keterangan persnya, Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, Teten Masduki, menyambut baik inisiatif Mendagri Muhammad Tito Karnavian untuk bersinergi menggerakan perekonomian di daerah melalui pemberdayaan UMKM dan berbagai programnya.
“Kerja sama sinergi antara Kemendagri dan Kementerian Koperasi, kami menyambut sekali, menyambut baik inisiatif dari Pak Tito untuk sinergi di lapangan, karena kami mengurusi 64 juta UMKM yang menyebar di berbagai daerah sementara kami tidak punya struktur di daerah. Untuk itu ini akan sangat menolong, ada banyak hal tadi kita bahas selain program reguler, pemberdayaan UMKM, program PEN dan juga saya kira database UMKM,” kata Teten.
Sementara itu, Mendagri Tito mengatakan, pandemi Covid-19 yang disadari berdampak tak hanya pada sisi kesehatan tetapi pada sektor ekonomi dan sosial ini, memerlukan penanganan orkestra dari semua pihak.
Terutama Pemerintah Daerah sebagai perpanjangan tangan Pemerintah Pusat yang berhubungan erat dengan masyarakat secara luas.
“Salah satu upaya untuk menghadapi permasalahan dampak sosial ekonominya adalah menggenjot realisasi anggaran, Bapak Presiden juga sudah menyampaikan ini untuk melaksanakan realisasi anggaran di tingkat Pusat K/L agar ada uang yang beredar, ada kegiatan-kegiatan ekonomi yang mulai pulih kembali,” tutur Mendagri.
Mendagri juga berjanji akan terus melakukan monitoring realisasi anggaran untuk penyerapan ekonomi di daerah. Tak hanya itu, ia juga memberikan peringatan terhadap Pemda yang ralisasi anggarannya masih di bawah rata-rata nasional.
“Kemarin, 2 hari yang lalu, saya dengan 548 kepala daerah juga melakukan evaluasi realisasi anggaran, ada yang di atas rata-rata nasional 47,34% saya menyampaikan apresiasi dan juga ada yang di bawah itu, bahkan ada yang di bawah 25%. Nah, yang di bawah 25% ini saya memberikan warning kepada rekan-rekan kepala daerah. Bahkan saya menyampaikan akan melakukan evaluasi pada awal September, kalau tidak ada peningkatan maka saya akan turunkan Inspektorat Kemendagri,” tegasnya.
Tak kalah penting, sebagai Kementerian yang melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap jalannya pemerintahan di daerah, Mendagri juga berkomitmen akan menjembatani persoalan Kementerian/Lembaga yang berhubungan langsung dengan Pemerintah Daerah.
“Kemendagri ini adalah jembatan, jembatan yang memiliki instrumen sebagai Pembina dan Pengawas daerah. Oleh karena itu, jembatan Pusat dan Daerah, meskipun dari Pusat bisa langsung juga ke daerah tapi mungkin ada beberapa jika ada hambatan-hambatan kami siap, kami siap untuk menjembatani,” kata Mendagri.
