JAKARTA (tandaseru.id) – Penyidik Bareskrim Polri mengagendakan pemeriksaan terhadap crazy rich Bandung, Doni Salmanan terkait dugaan penipuan binary option berkedok robot trading platform Quotex pada Selasa (8/3).
Kepala Bagian Penerangan Umum (Kabagpenum) Divisi Humas Mabes Polri Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko menyampaikan pemeriksaan terhadap Doni Salmanan dijadwalkan berlangsung pada pukul 10.00 WIB.
“Selasa 8 Maret 2022 pukul 10.00 WIB penyidik akan melakukan pemeriksana DMP alias DS dengan status sebagai saksi,” kata Gatot di Mabes Polri, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
Dalam perkara ini, kata Gatot, penyidik total telah memeriksa 12 orang. Rinciannya, sembilan saksi dan tiga ahli.
“Total saksi bertambah jadi 12 orang, rincia; sembilan saksi dan tiga saksi ahli,” katanya.
Sebelumnya, Doni Salmanan dilaporkan atas kasus penipuan investasi bodong berkedok trading binary option dengan platform Quotex.
“Terkait dengan Doni Salmanan bukan menggunakan platform Binomo melainkan menggunakan platfotm Quotex,” kata Gatot kepada wartawan, Jumat (4/3).
Dalam kasus ini penyidik telah menaikan status perkara dari tahap penyelidikan ke penyidikan. Status perkara tersebut dinaikkan setelah ditemukan adanya unsur pidana.
Gatot mengatakan ini berdasar hasil gelar perkara yang dilakukan penyidik pada 4 Maret 2022 pekan lalu.
“Telah diputuskan terhadap perkara DS dinaikkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan,” pungkas Gatot.
