Polres Probolinggo Ungkap Kasus Pembunuhan Berkat Program Halo Pak Kapolres
PROBOLINGGO (tandaseru.id) – Tak butuh waktu lama bagi Polres Probolinggo dalam menangkap pelaku pembunuhan yang sempat menggegerkan Kecamatan Tiris, Kab.Probolinggo pada Sabtu (23/4).
Dalam tragedi pembunuhan di jalan setapak kebun kopi Dusun Kongsi, Desa Andungsari, Kecamatan Tiris, Kabupaten Probolinggo itu, korbannya ialah Neman (54), warga Kecamatan Tiris.
Setelah dilakukan berbagai penyelidikan dan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi polisi akhirnya membekuk salah satu pelaku di tempat persembunyianya di Kabupaten Jember pada Selasa (10/5).
Identitas pelaku yakni A alias P (38), warga Dusun Kedungliyer, Desa Jambesari, Kecamatan Sumberbaru, Kabupaten Jember.
Kapolres Probolinggo AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi mengatakan, peristiwa pembunuhan ini terungkap berkat hasil olah TKP dari Timsus Satreskrim Polres Probolinggo dan Polsek Tiris.
Selain itu, adanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam memberikan informasi melalui program Halo Pak Kapolres pada nomor Whatsapp (085336338838) yang merupakan implementasi dari program ‘Kandani’ dari Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol Nico Afinta sehingga memudahkan komunikasi antara masyarakat dengan pihak Kepolisian.
“Selanjutnya petugas mengidentifikasi bahwa pelaku pembunuhan terhadap korban berjumlah dua orang yang kemudian salah satu pelakunya menurut informasi sedang berada di Kabupaten Jember,” kata Kapolres Probolinggo AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi saat konferensi press, pada Jumat (13/5) siang.
Lebih lanjut kata Kapolres Probolinggo, saat dilakukan penangkapan di tempat persembunyiannya, tersangka A alias P berada diatas atap rumah dengan perlengkapan tidur serta mempersenjatai diri dengan menggunakan celurit.
Mengetahui dirinya akan disergap petugas, tersangka sempat mencoba menyerang petugas dengan senjatanya tersebut. Karena cukup membahayakan, petugas memberikan tembakan peringatan agar tersangka menyerahkan diri. Namun, tembakan tersebut tidak dihiraukan oleh tersangka.
“Karena tersangka tetap berusaha menyerang, petugas akhirnya melakukan tindakan tegas terukur dengan menembak betis kiri kaki tersangka,” ucap Kapolres Probolinggo
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Probolinggo AKP Rahmad Ridho Satrio mengungkapan, dari hasil penyidikan motif utama tersangka dalam pembunuhan terhadap koraban yakni tersangka bersama rekannya berinisial S yang saat ini masih dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO), mereka merupakan komplotan begal.
“Dugaan sementara tersangka merupakan komplotan begal yang hendak mengambil motor milik korban namun mendapat perlawanan sehingga tersangka mengalami luka di bagian jidatnya dan meninggalkan korban yang tergeletak bersimbah darah didekat kendaraannya,” tutur Kasat Reskrim.
Saat ini Timsus Satreskrim Polres Probolinggo bersama Polsek Tiris tengah melakukan pengejaran dan penangkapan terhadap pelaku S.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka A alias P tersebut dijerat pasal 338 sub pasal 351 ayat (3) KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 15 tahun penjara.
