Resep Cumi Panggang yang Lezat dan Nikmat
Bahan-bahan
Bahan utama yang perlu Anda siapkan adalah 600 gram cumi segar.
Kemudian 3 sendok makan kecap manis, 3 lembar daun jeruk, 1 sendok mekan margarin, 1 sendok makan saos tiram dan sedikit garam.
Sediakan juga bumbu halus cumi panggang yang terdiri dari 4 buah cabe merah, 8 siung bawang merah, 4 siung bawang putih , 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk , 1/2 sdt kunyit bubuk dan sedikit air.
Langkah mudah membuat seafood kesukaan banyak orang
Langkah pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah mencuci bersih cumi, beri perasan jeruk nipis dan taburi sedikit garam. Kemudian sisihkan.
Selanjutnya, uleg bahan bumbu halus dan tumis dengan margarin. Tambahkan daun jeruk, sampai tercium aroma harum.
Kemudian tambahkan saos tiram, kecap manis, dan garam. Masukkan cumi, aduk-aduk sambil di oles-oles bumbu, masak kurang lebih 5 menit, dan angkat.
Setelah itu, siapkan teflon yang dipanaskan, lalu panggang beri sedikit kecap, tunggu sampai matang.
Bisa juga dipanggang sebentar di atas arang yang sudah dipanaskan, sampai mengeluarkan aroma smoki.
